Walsh Bros. has been a project partner with many of our customers who have either built or are planning to build facilities that meet the requirements of the Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) program.

Our team of Office Design experts has attended special training to know the steps of LEED Certification, and how to manage our company’s project work to comply with certification practices.

Office Design’s professional experience in LEED facilities is further strengthened through our partnership with our principal office furniture manufacturer, Steelcase, Inc., which is the first company in the United States to build a LEED Silver-certified manufacturing facility. This Steelcase, Inc. Grand Rapids, Michigan building, and other LEED building projects we have worked with in the state of Arizona, have provided Office Designs with extensive knowledge and experience in planning for and meeting LEED requirements.

Many products we represent are designed for maximum recyclability for the reduction of environmental impacts.
